The ContactEase Database Clean-Up Tool is a programmable style guide that allows users to standardize address information in the ContactEase database, using find/replace functionality based on a user-defined list of search targets and replacement values. The target of the cleanup function can be any field in the address block (Name, Street, City, State, Zip, Title, etc.). Adding further flexibility to the clean-up process, the Data Clean-Up Tool can be run manually or on a scheduled basis.
