Updates can be made to ContactEase using the built-in import and export feature in the File menu of the Power User interface.

It is important to include the ContactID when exporting and importing your file. which is a field that can be both exported and imported.

The ContactID must be the first field export. Then, you can add any other fields you would like your users to edit.

To initiate the process:

Select the records for export
Go to File > Tolls > Export
Once the Export dialogue window opens, you can add the fields you'd like to export
Make sure ContactID is at the top (fields will export in the order they are listed under Fields to export)
When you've finished selecting the fields, click Export
