History Find

This History Find allows you to search for changes made to contact records. You can look for changes made, identify who made the changes, and when the changes were made. It will also include the original value.

To access go to History > Find History

Three types of History searches are available: 

  • History allows you to find changes made by a specific user and/or on specific dates. 
  • Simple searches for a single field or type of change. 
  • Advanced lets you search multiple fields and create saved searches.
