List View: Upper Display

List View is a summarized listing of contacts. The columns shown are based on user-defined settings and can be customized based on an individual user's preferences. 

The List View display can be reordered by clicking on any column with an arrow. In the example shown, it is not possible to sort by Phone. 

A filled arrow indicates the order in which the column is sorted. In this example, the arrow points down meaning that the column is sorted in descending order. To change this, simply click the column. The direction of the arrow will change as the display sorts.

  2. Displays the results of Find Activities

  4. Displays the results of Find Tracking 
  5. Displays the results of History Find
