

Mark Records
Records often come into the ContactEase database after being created in Outlook. When synchronization occurs, the record will be MarkedBy the users automatically. Occasionally Power Users may be asked to add a contact to a synchronized user's Outlook folder. This can be accomplished using the Settings button on the contact record.
Clicking the Settings button will reveal the Record Access display and a list of any users already Marked for this contact. To add additional users, click Add. After you click OK and the users have synchronized, the contact will appear in their Outlook folder.
When a name is removed from the list, the record will no longer synchronize with the user's Outlook folder. For most firms, this means that the contact will be marked as Personal. This will not delete the contact from Outlook.
