Marked Records and Synchronization

Marked records are those that synchronize with ContactEase. This means that changes that occur to the record will be captured in ContactEase and pushed out to all users that have "marked" the contact.  

Only Marked records in ContactEase synchronize to users' Outlook folders.  

Note that using the Marked checkbox in the Power User interface only synchronizes this record to your Outlook folder. This is now how you share a record with another Outlook user. To learn more about marking records for other users, read on.
