Outlook Cleanup Tool
The ContactEase Outlook Cleanup tool (also referred to as OCUT) makes it easy to clean up a user’s Outlook contact folder by modifying the records directly in Outlook.
The Outlook Cleanup tool allows you to:
Combine records in Outlook; two records at a time, or as an auto-merge feature that automatically combines all records not containing conflicts. Users can even create/view a report of records that would be merged prior to running the auto-merge (recommended).
View contacts that are not synchronizing with ContactEase, if the user is already synchronized.
Select/deselect synchronization for a contact, meaning that you can share unshared records or change shared records to personal or private (unshared).
Query for contacts that would cause a synchronization conflict (invalid message class) and repair them so that synchronization can occur normally.
Take a snapshot of a users' contacts (copy) and paste them into any Windows-based application such as Word or Excel.
Archive unwanted contacts instead of deleting them (which allows you to review them before permanently deleting them).
