Saved Search
ContactEase allows you to save an Advanced search using the Save Search button. You will also be asked if you want to save the search when you execute a newly added Find.
If you save the search, give it a name and click OK. The search will now appear in the list of saved searches and can be run at any time.
If you'd like to limit access to the search, you can mark it Private. This means that only your user ID will be able to see and execute the search.
Up to 20 of the most recently run saved searches appear on the Search Menu.
Clicking Open Search on the Advanced search window will access all saved searches.
