



User Preferences: Toolbars
To modify the contents of either toolbar, highlight the one you want to edit and click Customize.

User Preferences: Column Control
To control List View columns, go to View > Columns. You can also position your cursor anywhere in the List View, right-click, and choose Columns.
Available columns will display in alphabetical order. You can type in the Available Columns list to reposition anywhere in the list.
To add a field to the Show List, highlight it in the Available Fields column and click Add. To remove a column, highlight it in Show List and click Remove.
To move a displayed field, highlight it and click the Move Up or Move Down button.
Clicking Reset will take you back to the last time the settings were saved by clicking OK.

User Preferences: Column Width and Placement
Resize a column by clicking on the right side of the column label and dragging it to the right (making it larger) or left (making it smaller).
Click on the column header to drag it to another location. This will drop the column in front of where you drop it.
